Detailed entry: Nowadays the art of the bonsai has extended almost worldwide but, in spite of this, one tends to forget - or at least to confuse - its origin: the bonsai spread in the western countries thanks to the interest in Japanese culture, so we rapidly jump to the conclusion that they were its creators.
