4 out of 5 stars Good tea   July 23, 2008

I was used to buying a green tea latte pre-mix from Korea. Couldn't get it anymore, so I tried this one. I just use hot, almost boiling water and the little spoon that came with itfot the matcha. I add about a tablespoon of milk and some splenda and it is pretty good stuff.

5 out of 5 stars Great tea!   June 14, 2008

This tea is so good! I had always had a giant mug of matcha tea that I got from Whole Foods. That tea was Allegro brand. I thought it was good until Whole Foods was late getting my order in, and I bought this tea from Amazon.
I will never drink anything else! This tea is so smooth and not at all bitter.
I use a whisk to blend it in the almost boiling water, add stevia powder to sweeten, and a generous splash of vanilla soy milk.
What a great way to start the morning!

5 out of 5 stars Very good for green tea latte!!   May 7, 2008

After I got off of coffee a year ago I tried Starbucks green tea latte, without the melon syrup they normally use. I like it a lot but I was not willing to pay their prices except on occasion. I"ve been using this product for months to make a daily latte. I use vanilla soy milk, and use my expresso machine steamer to prepare it. It makes a great green tea latte.

5 out of 5 stars Worth twice the price!   March 8, 2008

This is an EXCELLENT product! A little powder goes a long way. I used one heaping teaspoonful and it made a GALLON with powder floating on the bottom which means one level teaspoonful should be adequate. A great healthier alternative to sugary sodas or Lipton any day of the week. Light and grassy with a not terribly unpleasant aftertaste. And when drunken frequently, can eliminate smokers' breath. Buy two and you will have enough for a year easily!

5 out of 5 stars half the price in China Town   September 29, 2007

I usually go to China town whereever I happen to be, and stock up. The product itself is fantastic, but I usually don't pay more than $9.00 for 10.58 oz. (exactly the same tea) If you don't have access to China town, then by all means, it pays to get it however you can.
