Anti-snore January 7, 2009
I would suggust that everyone who keeps their partner awake at night to try this product. I have been using it for 3 weeks and my wife loves how good she is sleeping.
 Device is painful January 7, 2009
I am not one who leaves alot of feedback on items I purchase, but this one was an exception. I purchased just about everything and have combination solutions as well to cancel out snoring for my wife. I used breath right strips (Like sleeping with duck tape on your nose), the snore eclipse (Falls out if you move your head at night) and now the anti-snore.
The device came in a nice little box and the direction very easy to read. The setup of the mouth piece was not to difficult but I did have to repeat the steps to ensure a good fit. Then came the first night. My experience was one of constant torement. Between my mouth watering, the constant suction in my mouth and my jaw starting to hurt, I gave up after 2 hours and went and slept on the couch.
Day 2. I wore the device after my wife stated I am being a baby and forced my self to sleep through it all. I woke up with the roof of my mouth all raw from the mouth piece and my jaw all sore leaving me with a headache all day.
The wife said she didn't hear me snore, but how can you say a product works if you are in pain the whole next day. My roof of my mouth has been tender now for 4 days after the use of the mouth piece.
Hope this review is somewhat inciteful...or maybe entertaining.
works good, but.... January 6, 2009
My sister bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift.
He used it on the first day.
I noticed that he doesn't snore at all. (He snores very very bad)
However he got up around 4 in the morning and took a headach medicine. He didn't know what it was... but he figured that his jaw puts too much pressure and it causes headach. We returned that. I wonder if anybody has that problem. maybe he wore it wrong? any suggestions?

The anti-snore device did improve tendancy to snore. The main problem I encountered was a misaligned jaw and bite in the morning after having it in place during the night. It also got disfigured when I put it in hot water prior to fitting it. I believe I left it in the water a few seconds too long. A second try didn't correct the disfigurement.

The best thing about this device is you can adjust it to fit the size of your mouth by submersing in hot water. I have braces so I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to wear it. Perfect fit. It also stops me from grinding my teeth while I sleep. Highly recommended.
