These little scissors are sharp, comfortable to use and perfect for many little tasks. I keep several pairs in the kitchen for everything from cutting up herbs, clipping off tags, trimming fat off of poultry etc. I have another pair outdoors for snipping flowers, herbs and slitting open bags of potting soil. They stay sharp and are well made. My favorite of several ARS styles is the one with blades that do not rust. I prefer these scissors to "kitchen shears".
