 An excellent product September 24, 2008
This is an excellent version of this Ayurvedic tonic--a good balance of the herbs in a tasty base. I found it very effective. I gave it only four stars because Amazon has inflated the list price: The company that makes it (Komal herbals-AyurBest) actually lists it for $24.99, so the "reduced" Amazon price is actually more than the online retail on the company's site. You do save a little on Amazon if you subscribe.
Ayurvedic tonic August 5, 2008
Very pleasant tasting, not as thick as I remembered the one i took many years ago, it thickens into more of a paste if kept refridgerated, but says on label to be kept at room temperature. Over all benefits of tonic will only be known when I take it daily for a longer period of time. I have ordered this to be sent to me every 2 months. Appears to be the real thing from India with all authentic ingredients. price is comparable to other brands i have researched.

One of the best formulations of Chyawanprash with amazing taste that I have tried in over 30 years. Praas has rejuvenated my life and kept me out of any sickness for past 4 years since I have been taking it. It keeps me energetic through out the 18 hours of my day and has helped me sleep better.
